Shipping Policy
Sweet Tooth does everything to deliver the products in the best condiiton possible. We will keep you informed by email on the status of your order, and you have the option to track your packages online. You will be given a tracking number so that you can be sure to be available to receive your parcel at the scheduled time. We strongly recommend that you inspect your products upon arrival. Handling Policy
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. No order will be processed on weekends. Orders received after 2pm CST will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 2PM on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Perishable Items Policy
Our reputation is based on the quality and freshness of our products. In order to ensure our deliveries arrive in perfet condition, orders are packed securely. We strongly stress the importance of being able to receive your package directly from FedEx at the scheduled delivery time to ensure the integrity of the product.
